Introduction
Parc.1 is a mixed-use development designed by one of the world’s best known architects 'Richard Rogers' and managed by international property firm Skylan. Relative to projects actually underway at present in Seoul, Parc.1 is the largest and will include Seoul’s tallest building. Parc.1 will feature two office towers 72 levels and 56 levels respectively, a 7-story above-ground shopping mall and an internationally renowned hotel.
